Meet Our Pastor

Pastor Jason was born July of 1977 and grew up on Grand Manan Island. He was first called into full time ministry in grade 11. After graduating from High school he attended Bethany Bible College in Sussex, New Brunswick and received his BA Degree in Religion focusing on Pastoral Ministry. It was at Bethany where he met and married his wife Tracy, who is a tremendous support and a blessing to our church. After guaduating from Bethany, Pastor Jason attended Acadia Divinity College in Wolfville, Nova Scotia where he received his Master of Divinity Degree. He then moved to Perth-Andover in 2004 as Pastor of the Perth-Andover Baptist Church and was ordained in October 2005. Pastor Jason and Tracy joined our church family here in St. Andrews in November of 2009. Tracy is working at the Passamaquoddy Children's Centre.

Tracy was born in December of 1973 and grew up in Moncton where she first felt called to Children's Ministry. Tracy has always been passionate about reaching children for Jesus. She received her BA in Christian Education at Bethany Bible College, which developed her ability to help children grow into passionate followers of Jesus.

Pastor Jason and Tracy are both passionate about seeing the local church become all that Christ desires it to be. It's their hearts desire to see Christians passionate in thier faith. Nothing brings more joy to their hearts than seeing families totally sold out and on fire for Jesus and the ministry Christ has called us to do.

Favorite Scripture: The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkeness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion - to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor. ........ Isaiah 61:1-3

Pastor's Creed

I won't give up, shut up, let up, until I have stayed up, stored up, prayed up, paid up, preached up for the cause of Christ. I am a disciple of Jesus. I must go till He comes, give till I drop, preach till all know, and work till He stops me!
